PROCESS DESCRIPTION (POY/FDY)
|
The chips is fed into the extruder which is electrically heated, in this chips get converted into melt form. The melt is passed through continuous polymer filter. Now melt is fed into the spinning beam which is again a heating chamber (tempt around 290 deg centigrade). Here the spinneret is there in which the melt is pressed at a particular pressure through pumps and it gets converted into the yarn form.
Now, the yarn is cooled through chilled air, with the help of the air handling system, in the quench chamber and it gets proper desired molecular chain orientation. Then finish oil is applied through spray nozzles and filaments of yarn are binded together.In poy,yarn is passed through cold godets.In fdy,yarn is passed through hot godets to give heat-setting.
Now the yarn is wound around on high speed winders, the final product is got in the form of the spools .The spools are properly checked in the textile and chemical lab, after checking the textile and chemical properties completely the spools are packed in the proper cartoons or pallets.
It is stored in the ware house and gets dispatched as per the market requirement.

| POY yarn is converted into the textured yarn on the texurizing machineries; the textured yarn has got huge application in the textile industries .It is being used in the looms, knitting machineries, hosiery and other application. It has got a huge market in Gujarat mainly in Surat, Ahmedabad, and Silvasa etc. Also Bhilwara (Rajasthan) and Ludhiana, Amritsar (Punjab) has got huge knitting and hosiery market. |
